Dual Referee System game/match support#211

In many High School games (both varsity and junior varsity) a dual (two whistles) referee system is used to officiate a match. In setting up the match it would be nice to select “Referee - Dual” in the official role drop down. This would of course change the Match Officials area accordingly (Referee and Assistant would be replaced with Referee-Dual).

I would also expect the whistle/flag icon in the listing of matches and match results to adjust accordingly.

Also this could be done for Indoor ( Arena ) Soccer and Futsal

See other requests you might want to up-vote regarding adding AR1 and AR2 instead of just “Assistant”. Ultimately, the functionality should probably allow arbitrary systems and names of officials.
